Install MISP Dashboard<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will cover 2 different scenarios:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A) <\/strong>MISP v2.4 installed without the Dashboard. Installed with the script without parameter -D or without being installed because of the changes on versiones 2.4.122 & 2.4.123 related to changes in MaxMind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B)<\/strong> MISP 2.4 installed with a version older than MISP 2.4.121 and using the script with -D parameter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Verification os scenarios A) or B):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

if you have a \/var\/www\/misp-dashboard<\/strong> &  \/etc\/apache2\/sites-available\/misp-dashboard.conf<\/strong> then you are in B) else you are in case A)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step by Step Guide<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Create free account in MaxMind<\/strong> for the product geolite2<\/strong> <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    \nhttps:\/\/www.maxmind.com\/en\/geolite2\/signup\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
    1. Log in: https:\/\/www.maxmind.com\/en\/account\/login<\/a><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Go to My License Key<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Generate a new key<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \"Imagen<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
        1. Add description (1), configure it for GeoIP Update (2) and versions older than 3.1.1 (3). Confirm. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          \"Imagen<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
          1. Note the User ID (1) ad created License Key (2). Download the configuration.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
            \"Imagen<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
            1. Wait for 5 min for the key confirmation and receive a confirmation email.<\/li>
            2. Access your MISP server through SSH<\/li>
            3. Download the scripts in $HOME <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              INSTALL_DEPENDENCIES_MOD.sh<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              For Scenario B<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              MODIFY_MISP_DASHBOARD.sh<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              1. Execute:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                For Scenario A<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                $ bash INSTALL_MISP_DASHBOARD.sh<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                For Scenario B<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                $ bash MODIFY_MISP_DASHBOARD.sh<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                1. Your MaxMind user and password will be required<\/li>
                2. Edit \/var\/www\/misp-dashboard\/config\/config.cfg and change the host IP from 0.0.0.0 to your MISP server IP<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  1. Restart network interface<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    $ sudo netplan apply<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
